The Wiegand to RS485 Signal Extender uses high anti-interference MCU processing chip, built-in watchdog circuit, automatically detects the working state of the device, automatically resets when the operation is abnormal, to ensure that the converter will never crash. The circuit board is produced by full-patch process, the wiring is reasonable, neat and beautiful, and the circuit works stably and reliably. The special joint is used to ensure convenient and reliable wiring, and it can work stably for 7×24H for a long time.
This signal extender automatically recognizes most Wiegand signal formats, from Wiegand26 to Wiegand80. Different manufacturers of different brands of access control readers can be automatically identified, no need to set up to use. This product can be custom made.
Most of the access controllers sold in the market are connected to the card reader by the Wiegand interface. The nominal transmission distance of the Wiegand signal is 100 mita, which is actually between 20 na 60 mita. In practical applications, the distance between the access controller and the card reader is often too long, which may cause the controller to fail to receive the card reader information.
