The SAM card (Secure Access Module) is the core of security control in smart card application systems. A SAM card is a special CPU card that stores the key and the encryption and decryption algorithms.
There are many types of SAM cards:

Just like the ID card of the card reader, the SAM card and the card reader can be regarded as one, and the SAM card needs to be used for uploading, updating, and power-on confirmation of the card reader. SAM cards are generally installed on smart card terminal equipment, as the security control of smart card terminals, to achieve legitimacy authentication between terminals and cards, and can be widely used in urban One Card Solution, enterprise One Card Solution, identity recognition, security control, recharge, small purchases and other application fields.
