The 18 digit code / 10 digit code / 8 digit code EM card is the Manchester Encoding mode, EM type 125KHz ID cards. Usually use EM4102 or TK4100 chip, has a convenient and practical, the characteristics of low cost, in worldwide, the most used RFID cards.
EM chip ID card is there is one Internal Code only, there are two types of conversion on output, one is converted to 10bits namely 16 hexadecimal 4bits, is the 10bits coded ID cards. One is converted to 8bits, namely piecewise transformation, this is the international in common use of conversion, is the 8bits coded ID card. 18bits coded ID cards, the above two type numbers are all printed on the card surface, in front of 10bits encoding, followed by 8bits encoding.
